I translate user insight into the language of the business. At Bubbly Belle I drove a 117% CVR lift. At ESAB I owned UX for two AI products that reduced support load and improved retention. The decisions I make are tied to metrics I can name.

Human-centered AI product design

I've built AI product UX from scratch. Bloomreach AI Search and E.V.A. at ESAB required designing new interaction models for users who had never touched AI tools. I know how to frame uncertainty, build trust signals, and make AI feel useful instead of intimidating.

Prototype-first validation with front-end fluency

I've been writing HTML and CSS for 18 years. I prototype in real materials, I understand browser constraints, and I catch feasibility issues before they become engineering problems. The design-dev handoff is smoother because I've lived on both sides of it.

Solution

Player-coach leadership that builds and ships

I scaled a design team from 2 to 12 at ESAB while moving NPS from 26 to 38 and launching two major products. I lead from inside the work, not above it, and I know how to build culture, align stakeholders, and keep a team moving when things get complicated.
